The beds were very comfortable. the room had climate control. - the flat-screen TV had satellite channels. - A fridge was available in the room. - Excellent services were provided. - Good wifi was available. - the location was close to a "food court," shopping attractions, and tourist spots.

I booked this upscale hotel for trip, had a REALLY GOOD stay, its location was perfect to metro or the train stations. The service was personalized, I was offered a great breakfast with fresh orange juice and coffee and cakes. All the staff was very attentive and flexible, tackled my issues.

Although everything was really good, some of the staff were not very helpful.

This upscale hotel is located steps away from a cathedral and a castle. the location is great, minutes from Carmo Archaeological Museum. - the area is very nice, with bars and restaurants steps away from the property.

The property was clean with fantastic staff. Booked a room with excellent views of the old town and the Tagus River. the helpful service made the hotel an absolutely great and adorable place.

One specific detail that impressed me was the girl at check-in who kindly carried my bags down the stairs to my room. It's these small gestures that go a long way in creating a memorable experience. We had a great stay at this place, it was a fantastic location to explore. The staff were always friendly. It's conveniently located within walking distance to Doca da Caldeirinha, just around 200 meters away.

My business trip went perfect thanks to the helpful staff that made me feel at ease. the room was absolutely comfortable, and the fluffy white towels were a plus. the best part was the lovely view that I enjoyed every morning and the fact that I was close to cafes and great restaurants. the breakfast had a fantastic variety of foods, and I enjoyed the eggs made to order. I'm definitely coming back!

It was a bit noisy, especially if you're a light sleeper. the cars and trams passing by were somewhat disturbing.

There was no elevator available, which made it difficult for us to carry our luggage up the stairs.
